We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water/Wastewater Section Head to oversee our water and wastewater operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our water treatment plants and wastewater facilities. You will develop and implement strategic plans, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field, along with significant experience in water and wastewater management. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
