CSA Project Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction and engineering projects across civil, structural and architectural workstreams. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project interfaces and ensure all activities are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

You will take responsibility for projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion and handover. Working closely with design, commercial, procurement, construction and commissioning teams, you will maintain effective communication and ensure that project objectives are clearly understood and achieved.

Key responsibilities Manage the delivery of civil, structural and architectural packages throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain integrated programmes, tracking progress, milestones, dependencies and critical paths. Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and delivery issues. Monitor project costs, variations, risks and change control in collaboration with commercial teams. Ensure designs, specifications, construction activities and handover documentation meet contractual and regulatory requirements. Lead progress meetings, produce clear reporting and communicate project status to senior stakeholders. Promote high standards of health and safety, quality assurance and environmental performance. Identify potential delays or risks and implement effective mitigation and recovery plans. About you

You will have proven experience managing CSA packages or multidisciplinary construction projects, ideally within a regulated, industrial, infrastructure or technically complex environment. A relevant qualification in construction management, civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture or a related discipline is desirable.

You should be confident interpreting technical drawings and specifications, managing contractors and coordinating multiple workstreams. Strong organisational, commercial and communication skills are essential, together with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience using project management and planning software, along with a recognised project management qualification, would be advantageous.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering a diverse portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in protecting project value, managing commercial risk and supporting successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

Working closely with project managers, clients, consultants, contractors and supply chain partners, you will provide accurate commercial advice and ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual, financial and programme requirements. Key responsibilities Manage all commercial and cost management activities across allocated projects. Prepare cost plans, budgets, forecasts, valuations and financial reports. Review tenders, negotiate with contractors and suppliers, and support procurement activities. Monitor project expenditure, cash flow and forecast outturn costs, reporting variances clearly. Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors, helping to develop technical and commercial capability. About you

You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in a construction, infrastructure or related project environment. You should have a detailed understanding of standard forms of contract, cost control, procurement and commercial reporting, together with the confidence to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

A relevant degree or professional qualification is desirable, and chartered membership of a recognised surveying institution would be advantageous. Strong analytical, negotiation and organisational skills are essential, alongside commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professional standards is also important.
