Working closely with project managers, design teams, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers, you will oversee works from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will provide strong site leadership, resolve technical and logistical challenges, and ensure all activities are properly planned, sequenced and controlled.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day CSA fit-out activities across the construction site.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to maintain progress against the agreed programme.
  • Review drawings, specifications, method statements and risk assessments, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor workmanship, materials and installation standards to ensure compliance with approved designs and project requirements.
  • Lead regular coordination meetings and provide clear progress updates to senior management and project stakeholders.
  • Manage interfaces between construction, engineering, commissioning and specialist trade packages.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental compliance and site housekeeping.
  • Support inspections, snagging, testing, completion and handover documentation.
  • Track progress, identify potential delays and implement effective recovery measures where required.

About you

You will have substantial experience managing CSA construction or fit-out packages on major commercial, industrial, data centre or technically complex projects. A strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, quality control and building regulations is essential, together with the ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate multiple workstreams.

Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills are required. You should be organised, commercially aware and confident working with a range of stakeholders, from specialist subcontractors to senior project leadership. A relevant construction qualification, such as an HNC, degree or equivalent industry experience, is desirable, along with appropriate site safety training and professional certifications.
