About you
You will have proven experience managing construction projects, ideally within a main contracting, residential, commercial, civil engineering or related environment. You should be confident leading teams and subcontractors, making sound decisions under pressure and maintaining a clear focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
A relevant construction qualification, such as an HNC, HND or degree, is desirable, together with recognised site management and health and safety training. Appropriate industry certification and a valid site access card will be expected where required for the role.
What you will bring
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations and health and safety requirements.
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Commercial awareness and experience monitoring costs, variations and project performance.
- A proactive, collaborative and accountable approach to delivering high-quality results.
