You will have substantial experience in a superintendent, senior site management or construction management position, ideally gained across multiple projects or locations. A strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, health and safety requirements and quality assurance is essential.
You should be an organised and decisive leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
