The successful candidate will be organised, decisive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working independently, leading diverse teams and travelling regularly to project sites. Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills are required, together with good computer literacy and the ability to interpret technical drawings and programmes.
A recognised construction, engineering or project management qualification is desirable. Relevant safety training and professional certifications will be advantageous. A full driving licence and flexibility to work away from home are essential.
