Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery and successful completion of a range of projects from initiation through to closeout. The successful candidate will establish clear objectives, define project scope, develop delivery plans and coordinate resources to ensure work is completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and achieve agreed outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include preparing project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers; monitoring progress against milestones; managing dependencies, issues, changes and quality controls; and providing accurate, timely reports to senior stakeholders. You will facilitate meetings, track actions and decisions, and ensure that project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role will also involve identifying opportunities for process improvement, supporting procurement and supplier management, and ensuring that all activities comply with relevant policies, regulations and health and safety requirements.

Applicants should have proven experience managing projects in a structured environment, with a strong understanding of project management principles, governance and delivery methodologies. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise competing demands and make sound decisions under pressure. Experience managing budgets, cross-functional teams and external partners will be highly valued. A relevant professional qualification in project management, business or a related discipline is desirable, as is experience using project planning and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive projects through to successful completion.
