We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead trenchless pipe rehabilitation projects across sewer and stormwater infrastructure. This role will oversee projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, inspectors and clients while maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships throughout each project.

Key responsibilities include reviewing scopes, drawings and specifications; preparing work programmes, budgets and resource plans; coordinating traffic management, permits, access requirements and site logistics; and monitoring progress against approved costs and schedules. You will manage procurement, subcontractor performance, variations, claims, change orders and project reporting, while ensuring all works comply with contractual, environmental, quality and health and safety requirements. You will also support pre-construction planning, identify project risks, resolve issues promptly and ensure accurate close-out documentation, including completion records, quality records and client handover information.

The successful candidate will have proven project management experience in civil construction, utilities or infrastructure, with practical knowledge of trenchless technologies such as cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), pipe bursting, sliplining, spray lining or related rehabilitation methods. Experience delivering sewer and stormwater projects is highly desirable. You will be organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple priorities in a site-based environment. Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential, together with a commitment to safety, quality and collaborative teamwork. Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering or a related discipline, along with appropriate industry certifications and a current driver’s licence, will be advantageous.
