Senior Project Manager, Project & Development Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex capital projects and development programmes from initial concept through to completion. This role will suit a commercially minded professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of managing projects within the property, construction or infrastructure sectors.

You will take responsibility for establishing project strategies, defining scopes, preparing programmes and budgets, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key duties will include managing feasibility studies, procurement and consultant appointments; overseeing design development, planning and statutory approvals; monitoring costs, risks, quality and progress; and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client objectives. Applicants should have significant experience delivering major projects, ideally within commercial, residential, industrial, retail or mixed-use developments. A relevant degree or professional qualification in project management, construction, engineering, surveying, architecture or a related discipline is desirable, together with strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, contract administration, cost management and health and safety requirements. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident working with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities, influence decisions and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
