An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate or Senior Manager to lead and deliver high-quality advisory assignments across the renewable energy sector. The role will involve working with investors, developers, lenders, corporates and other stakeholders on a range of transactions and strategic projects covering technologies such as solar, onshore and offshore wind, battery storage, energy-from-waste and emerging energy solutions.

You will be responsible for managing project workstreams from inception through to completion, including financial modelling, commercial analysis, market assessment, due diligence, valuation, business planning and transaction support. You will develop and review integrated financial models, interpret complex operational and financial data, prepare clear reports and presentations, and communicate recommendations effectively to senior clients and project stakeholders. The role will also involve coordinating internal and external advisers, overseeing deliverables, managing project timelines and budgets, and contributing to business development through proposals, client meetings and market insight.

Applicants should have relevant experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, energy finance, corporate finance, transaction services, investment banking, consultancy or a related field. Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities are essential, together with the ability to understand commercial drivers, assess risk and present complex conclusions clearly. Experience with renewable energy technologies, project finance, M&A, debt advisory, investment appraisal or financial due diligence would be advantageous. Candidates should be confident working independently and collaboratively, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to build trusted relationships with clients. The Senior Manager level additionally requires a track record of leading teams, developing junior colleagues, managing senior stakeholder relationships and supporting the growth of an advisory practice.
