You must be able to produce accurate written records, work independently or as part of a team, and adapt to changing schedules and locations. The role requires physical fitness for outdoor work in varied weather and terrain, a full driving licence where travel is required, and flexibility to accept assignments at short notice. A commitment to professional integrity, careful documentation and respectful treatment of archaeological remains is essential.
