We are seeking an accomplished Vice President, Project Executive to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects from initial planning through completion. This senior leadership role will be responsible for establishing project strategy, aligning execution with business objectives, and ensuring that programmes are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear direction and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include overseeing project planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout activities; developing and managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk registers; and implementing effective governance, reporting, and quality-control processes. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, allocate resources, resolve complex issues, and identify opportunities to improve project performance. The role will also involve negotiating with clients and delivery partners, monitoring contractual obligations, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, health and safety, environmental, and industry standards. A strong focus on stakeholder engagement and transparent communication will be essential.

Candidates should bring significant experience leading major projects or portfolios in a complex, fast-paced environment, along with a proven record of delivering measurable results. A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or a related discipline is preferred, together with relevant professional certifications. You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, financial management capability, and expertise in project controls, contract administration, and risk management. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills are required, as is the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
