Associate, Infrastructure - Investment Management (m/f/d)

We are seeking an Associate to join an infrastructure investment management team, supporting the evaluation, execution and ongoing management of investments across sectors such as energy, transport, digital infrastructure and utilities. The role offers the opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle in an international and commercially focused environment.

Responsibilities will include analysing investment opportunities, preparing financial models, valuations, investment committee materials and market research, as well as supporting due diligence processes with external advisers and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to the review of business plans, financing structures, operational performance and key risks, helping to formulate well-founded investment recommendations. Following transaction completion, you will monitor portfolio company performance, review financial and operational reporting, assist with valuation processes and support value creation initiatives. The role will also involve preparing presentations and reports for senior management and investors, coordinating workstreams and maintaining high-quality documentation.

The successful candidate will have approximately two to five years of relevant experience in infrastructure investment, private equity, investment banking, project finance, transaction advisory or a comparable field. A degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or a related discipline is expected, together with strong analytical and financial modelling skills. You should be confident interpreting complex commercial and financial information, possess excellent attention to detail and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative team is essential. Experience with infrastructure assets, project finance or regulated industries is advantageous. Fluency in English is required; additional European language skills are welcome.
