The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious Graduate to join our growing Data Centre team in London.
This is an opportunity to learn the recruitment industry from experienced specialists while working in one of the fastest-growing sectors globally.
You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship and development from experienced recruiters while building your own network of candidates and industry knowledge.
For someone who is commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by success, this role offers a clear pathway to build a rewarding career in international recruitment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging candidates across international markets.
- Working closely with senior consultants and clients on live projects.
- Developing market knowledge within the Data Centre sector and mission critical markets.
- Building your own network and personal brand within the industry.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of commercial experience.
- Competitive, ambitious and self-motivated.
- Resilient with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Interested in building an international career.
