Key responsibilities
Develop and grow EWI's Energy Finance recruitment division.Win and manage new business opportunities across the energy finance sectors.Build relationships with senior stakeholders across energy companies, trading houses, investment funds, banks and financial institutions.Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across permanent and retained search assignments.Build and manage a pipeline of high-calibre candidates and clients.Negotiate commercial terms and secure new partnerships.Act as a market expert within your specialist sector.Support the future growth of the division through mentoring and leadership responsibilities.Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives.
