The opportunity:
You'll be operating across international markets, working with clients and candidates on projects that go beyond one geography or sector.
But more importantly-you'll have the space to shape what that looks like:

What you'll be doing:
- Building and developing international client relationships
- Identifying and developing your own market or specialism
- Delivering high-quality recruitment solutions (often at mid-senior level)
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Contributing to the growth of a team, market, or vertical over time

- £35,000-£60,000 OTE (Year 1).
- Uncapped commission (up to 50%).
