What you'll be doing:

As a Graduate, you'll be responsible for connecting top talent with industry-leading clients:

  • Building and developing client relationships.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates.
  • Managing the full recruitment process from first contact to offer.
  • Becoming a specialist within your chosen market.

This is a sales role - fast-paced, target-driven, and highly rewarding for those who thrive on performance and results.

About you:

  • Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by growth.
  • Naturally confident and enjoys building relationships.
  • Interested in sales and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Resilient, competitive, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • 1+ year sales experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
    • Year 1: $80k+.
    • Year 2: $100k+.
  • Commission structure starting at 22.5%, rising to 50%.
  • Hybrid working (Mon-Thurs in office, Fri from home).
