Job description/ list of responsibilities
Overall responsibility for on-site construction execution and site managementEnsuring quality, schedule adherence, and occupational health & safety complianceCoordination and supervision of subcontractors and suppliersIdentification, assessment, and mitigation of project risksMonitoring construction progress and implementing corrective measures in the event of deviationsConducting site meetings and safety inspectionsActing as the interface between the construction site, project management, clients, and contractorsRegular reporting to the Project ManagerSupporting inspections, commissioning activities, and project documentation
