What you will do:

  • Develop company's distributed generation business in Italy and implement a comprehensive business developmentstrategy to drive sales and market expansion for photovoltaic systems targeting the B2B sector.
  • Defi ne and execute the sales strategy to achieve corporate objectives, including market penetration, revenuegrowth, and customer acquisition.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Utilize various sales channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and digital platforms, to maximize outreachand drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities,and customer needs.
  • Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to guide business decisions and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with operations teams to align strategies, refi ne value propositions, and optimize thesales cycle for maximum impact, ensuring high performance and the achievement of sales goals.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance andachievement of sales targets.


What are we looking for:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fi eld.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the renewableenergy sector, with a strong preference for experience in photovoltaic systems.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the B2B market.
  • In-depth understanding of the photovoltaic industry, including technology, market dynamics, and regulatoryenvironment.
  • Experience in defi ning and executing a successful sales strategy.
  • Experience in utilizing multiple sales channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Profi ciency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
