We are seeking a Climate Resiliency Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of initiatives that help communities, infrastructure, and services adapt to the impacts of a changing climate. This role will manage projects from early scoping through implementation and evaluation, working with internal teams, consultants, public agencies, community representatives, and other stakeholders to deliver practical, equitable, and evidence-based outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and performance measures; coordinating feasibility studies, design activities, procurement, permitting, and implementation; and monitoring progress to ensure projects meet agreed objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. You will prepare briefings, business cases, reports, and presentations for senior decision-makers, while maintaining accurate documentation and providing clear updates on risks, dependencies, and emerging issues. The role will also support the development of resilience strategies, funding applications, stakeholder engagement plans, and lessons-learned reviews. A strong focus on collaboration, community participation, accessibility, and climate justice is essential.

Applicants should have experience managing multidisciplinary projects, preferably in climate adaptation, environmental planning, infrastructure, emergency management, sustainability, urban development, or a related field. You will need strong skills in project governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, written communication, and problem-solving, together with the ability to interpret technical information and make sound recommendations. Experience working with climate risk data, resilience frameworks, grant-funded programmes, or public-sector processes is desirable. A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is required, along with the ability to manage competing priorities, build trusted relationships, and deliver results in a complex and evolving environment.
