Construction Supervisor CSA (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor CSA (m/f/d) to oversee civil, structural and architectural works on a complex construction project. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising contractors and ensuring that all works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards. You will act as a key link between construction teams, engineering disciplines, project management and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring daily progress, reviewing method statements and inspection plans, coordinating interfaces between civil, structural and architectural packages, and identifying potential delays or technical issues at an early stage. You will conduct regular site inspections, verify workmanship and material compliance, support the resolution of non-conformities, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively. You will also maintain accurate site records, contribute to progress reporting, participate in coordination meetings and support the handover and completion process.

The ideal candidate has a degree, diploma or recognised qualification in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or a related discipline, together with several years of experience supervising CSA works on industrial, commercial, infrastructure or large-scale building projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control procedures, health and safety requirements and relevant industry standards is essential. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and schedules is required, as is confidence in coordinating multiple contractors and disciplines. You are organised, proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong communication and leadership skills. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage. A willingness to work on site and adapt to changing project priorities is expected.
