We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager MEP (m/f/d) to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on complex construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate all MEP activities from planning and installation through commissioning and handover, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will act as the central point of contact for specialist contractors, consultants, site teams and other project stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing technical designs, specifications and work schedules; coordinating MEP interfaces with structural and architectural disciplines; monitoring progress and resolving technical or logistical issues on site. You will lead regular coordination meetings, track programme milestones, review method statements and risk assessments, and ensure that installations comply with applicable regulations, permits and approved documentation. You will also inspect completed work, manage testing and commissioning activities, support the preparation of handover documentation, and contribute to cost control, change management and project reporting.

You have several years of experience managing MEP construction activities, ideally on large-scale commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects. A relevant qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services or a comparable technical discipline is preferred. You bring strong knowledge of construction processes, building services systems, health and safety requirements, quality assurance and commissioning procedures. Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams is essential, as is the ability to interpret technical drawings, schedules and specifications. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, together with a proactive and collaborative working style, are required. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage. The role may involve regular site-based work and travel, depending on project requirements.
