Construction Manager CSA (m/w/d)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager CSA (m/w/d) to oversee the delivery of civil, structural and architectural works on a complex construction project. In this role, you will manage site activities from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring that all works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams, acting as the key point of contact for construction-related matters across the project.

Your responsibilities will include planning and supervising daily construction activities, reviewing drawings, specifications and method statements, and monitoring progress against the approved programme. You will identify and resolve technical, logistical and interface issues, coordinate inspections and approvals, and ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, permits, health and safety requirements and quality procedures. You will also review contractor performance, support procurement and change management processes, maintain accurate site records, and contribute to progress reports, risk assessments and construction meetings. Effective coordination between civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines will be essential to achieving a successful project outcome.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, construction management or a related discipline, together with several years of experience managing CSA works on large-scale construction or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, quality assurance and site safety is required. You should be confident interpreting technical documentation, managing multiple stakeholders and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills are essential, as is a proactive and practical approach to delivering results. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills and relevant professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
