Supervisor Construction Management CSA (m/w/d)
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Construction Management – Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) to oversee construction activities on a complex industrial or infrastructure project. In this role, you will supervise contractors and site teams, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, on schedule and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and applicable regulations. You will serve as a key link between construction management, engineering, contractors and other project stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily site activities, monitoring progress and productivity, reviewing method statements and inspection documentation, and resolving technical or coordination issues as they arise. You will verify that civil, structural and architectural works—including foundations, concrete structures, steelwork, buildings, finishes and associated infrastructure—are executed correctly. You will participate in site inspections, progress meetings, risk assessments and commissioning preparation, while maintaining accurate records and reporting status, issues, delays and required corrective actions to project leadership. You will also support schedule control, change management, punch-list closure and the coordination of interfaces between different disciplines and contractors.
The ideal candidate has a degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline, together with substantial experience supervising CSA works on large-scale construction projects. Previous experience in industrial, energy, manufacturing, data centre or other technically demanding environments is advantageous. You should be confident reading technical drawings and specifications, assessing construction quality and managing contractor performance. Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements, quality assurance processes and construction standards is essential. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced site environment. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages may be beneficial. Occasional travel, shift work or extended site presence may be required depending on project needs.
