Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in delivering iconic engineering and construction projects? We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to spearhead the execution of a landmark EPC development in Riyadh - a project that will define skylines and set new industry benchmarks.

Role Overview:
As Project Director, you will assume full responsibility for the delivery of this prestigious project - overseeing all aspects from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and ensure world-class standards in execution, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Guide engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams with clarity and authority, aligning with project goals and client vision.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary interface with the client and stakeholders, ensuring open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
- Execution & Delivery: Drive rigorous planning, cost control, risk management, and scheduling to meet demanding deadlines and milestones.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage multimillion-dollar budgets, oversee contractual obligations, and lead high-stakes negotiations with precision.
- Safety & Compliance: Champion a zero-compromise safety culture and ensure adherence to all regulatory and contractual standards.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and empower a diverse team of professionals, fostering a high-performance, solution-oriented environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master's or MBA is a plus)
- 20+ years of experience leading large-scale, high-value EPC projects - preferably iconic or landmark builds
- Proven success delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of international standards, local regulations, and cultural sensitivities
