We are seeking a motivated New Graduate to join a Rail, Transit Systems and Telecoms Division, supporting the delivery of innovative and reliable infrastructure projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers, project managers and technical specialists while developing your knowledge through structured training, mentoring and hands-on project involvement.

Your responsibilities may include assisting with the design, analysis, testing and commissioning of rail and transit systems; preparing technical documentation, reports and presentations; reviewing engineering drawings, specifications and project requirements; and supporting risk assessments, configuration management and systems integration activities. You may also contribute to telecommunications, signalling, control, operational technology or passenger information projects, depending on your skills and interests. The role will involve collaboration with internal teams, clients, suppliers and contractors, as well as occasional site visits to support inspections, testing and project delivery. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, follow relevant standards and procedures, and promote high standards of safety, quality and professional conduct.

Applicants should have recently completed, or be close to completing, a degree in engineering, technology, telecommunications, computer science, systems engineering or a related discipline. An interest in rail, transit, infrastructure or communications is desirable. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a changing technical environment. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential, together with sound organisational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with technical software, systems engineering principles, data analysis or project management tools would be advantageous, but full training will be provided. You must be eligible to work in the relevant location and be willing to undertake any required background, medical or site-access checks.
