- Identify delays, technical concerns and commercial risks, implementing practical corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site procedures, permits and relevant legislation.
- Provide accurate progress updates, daily reports and input into planning and forecasting meetings.
About you
You will have substantial experience supervising mechanical construction projects, ideally within industrial, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing or process environments. A recognised mechanical engineering qualification or relevant trade background is desirable, together with a strong understanding of construction methods, commissioning requirements and quality control.
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills are essential. You must be comfortable working in challenging site environments, travelling regularly and adapting to changing project priorities. The ability to build effective working relationships with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams will be key to your success.
A competitive package, rotational working pattern and the opportunity to contribute to major projects are offered. Applicants must be willing to travel and meet all applicable site, medical and certification requirements.
