Per conto di un'importante realtà operante nel settore di data centers, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Sustainaibility and Environment Manager da inserire nell'uficio di Lugano del nostro cliente.

Responsabilità:Progettare e implementare strategie di sostenibilità allineate agli obiettivi aziendali.Individuare opportunità per migliorare le performance ambientali, integrando la sostenibilità nella strategia complessiva.Garantire la conformità alle leggi ambientali, normative e standard di settore.Monitorare e tracciare le performance ambientali.Raccogliere e analizzare dati per il monitoraggio degli obiettivi di sostenibilità.Preparare report ambientali e di sostenibilità, evidenziando i progressi e la conformità agli standard.Formare e sensibilizzare i dipendenti sulle pratiche sostenibili.Promuovere una cultura aziendale improntata alla sostenibilità.Rappresentare l'azienda in forum, conferenze e partnership.Identificare rischi ambientali e sviluppare piani di mitigazione.Supervisionare processi per ottenere e mantenere certificazioni ambientali.Requisiti:Laurea in Scienze Ambientali, Ingegneria Ambientale o simili, oppure 5+ anni di esperienza nel settore.Conoscenza di normative ambientali e best practices.Esperienza con certificazioni e standard di sostenibilità.Capacità nell'uso di software e metriche di sostenibilità.Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali.

The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for a Senior Technical Quantity Surveyor, to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.

This is a great opportunity to work for a significant construction company, working alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the industry to continue developing and further you career.

Job Role / Responsibilities

Managing mass balance calculations and technical reporting.Analyze earthworks contracts and generate a strategy to control and monitor construction progress.Leading coordination between survey, construction and contractual team.Control and coordination with subcontractors' activities and reporting.Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related base data, mass balance and progress.Provide expert advice on Norwegian standard, process code interpretation and technical calculation. Preparing BOQ (bill of quantities) by survey data and design models.Identifying gaps between BOQ and design, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.Coordination with the survey team for base data and survey data interpretation.Coordination with construction to identify progress, phases and construction strategies.Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site.Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises

Project

The infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has just started and is estimated to last for at least 3 years.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in surveying, construction management or a related field.8+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, preferably in the construction industry.Sound knowledge of Norwegian construction industry practices, regulations and standards.Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques.Familiarity with contract administration and legal aspects of construction projects.Proficiency in Gemini software for quantity surveying and reporting.Understanding contractual requirements and quantities take off procedure.

The Role:
