We are seeking a Project Engineer specialising in final documentation to support complex technical projects in the energy sector. The role is based between Solna and Östhammar and involves coordinating, reviewing and completing documentation required for the successful handover and long-term operation of major facilities. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors and operational stakeholders to ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, traceable and delivered according to agreed requirements.

Your responsibilities will include planning and monitoring documentation activities, following up on deliverables, reviewing technical files and identifying missing or inconsistent information. You will coordinate the collection, registration, quality assurance and approval of documents such as drawings, technical descriptions, inspection records, supplier documentation, testing protocols and operating or maintenance instructions. The position also includes managing document status, handling revisions, supporting handover processes and ensuring that documentation complies with applicable standards, internal procedures and regulatory requirements. You will contribute to improving workflows and establishing efficient, structured ways of working across project teams.

We are looking for someone with an engineering background, or equivalent experience, combined with practical experience in technical documentation, project coordination or document control. Experience from construction, infrastructure, industrial, energy or other highly regulated environments is advantageous. You are comfortable working with document management systems and digital tools, and you have a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work. Strong communication skills in English are required; knowledge of Swedish is highly beneficial. As the role involves cooperation with multiple stakeholders and sensitive technical information, integrity, reliability and the ability to follow established processes are essential. You should also be able to work independently, prioritise effectively and take ownership of deliverables in a changing project environment. Travel between Solna and Östhammar will be part of the role.
