We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the planning and delivery of building projects in the Uppsala region and northern Sweden. In this role, you will contribute to projects from early development through construction and completion, working closely with project managers, designers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. You will help ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with agreed requirements for quality, schedule, cost and sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating technical and commercial activities, preparing and reviewing project documentation, following up on schedules, budgets and procurement, and supporting tendering and contract administration. You will participate in meetings, identify risks and deviations, assist with problem-solving, and ensure that decisions and actions are documented and followed through. The role may also involve site visits and collaboration with teams across different locations, so a practical understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously are important.

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree or equivalent experience in civil engineering, construction, building services or a related field. Previous experience in project engineering, construction management or a similar role is advantageous, as is familiarity with Swedish building regulations, technical standards, contracts and digital project tools. You are structured, analytical and proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills. You work independently while recognising when coordination or support is needed, and you are comfortable taking responsibility in a changing project environment. We are seeking a Structural Engineer to contribute to technically challenging projects within industrial and civil construction. In this role, you will work with the design, analysis and development of load-bearing structures throughout different stages of a project.
