Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery and successful completion of projects from initiation through to closeout. The successful candidate will establish clear objectives, define scope, develop detailed schedules and budgets, and coordinate resources to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and building effective working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include preparing project plans and governance documentation, monitoring progress against agreed milestones, managing risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, and providing accurate status updates to senior stakeholders. You will facilitate meetings, track actions, resolve delivery challenges and ensure that decisions are documented and implemented effectively. The role will also involve managing project budgets, supporting procurement and supplier relationships, overseeing quality assurance, and ensuring that relevant policies, regulatory requirements and health and safety standards are followed. At project completion, you will coordinate handover activities, capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.

Applicants should have proven experience managing projects in a complex or fast-paced environment, with a track record of delivering outcomes through effective planning, organisation and leadership. A recognised project management qualification or equivalent practical experience is desirable. You will need strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to prioritise competing demands and adapt to changing circumstances. Confidence using project management tools, reporting systems and standard office software is expected. A collaborative, proactive approach and a strong focus on customer and stakeholder satisfaction are essential.
