We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer III to support the delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership across the project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. You will work closely with project managers, design consultants, contractors, utilities, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, technical specifications, drawings, cost estimates, schedules, and contract documentation for water and wastewater facilities, pipelines, pumping stations, treatment systems, and related civil works. You will coordinate multidisciplinary design activities, assess constructability, resolve technical issues, review submittals and change requests, and provide technical support during construction. The role also involves conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, supporting risk management, maintaining accurate project records, and contributing to regulatory approvals and client reporting. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or water resources engineering and have significant professional experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Professional registration or eligibility for registration is preferred, along with strong knowledge of applicable engineering standards, construction practices, health and safety requirements, and environmental regulations. Experience with design and project management software, technical report writing, cost and schedule control, and contract administration is highly desirable.
