Design Coordinator Water Sanitation Systems, Bergen. Norway
The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for a Design Coordinator Water Sanitation Systems, to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.

Job Role / Responsibilities
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of water sanitation system design, reviewing and providing input on technical plans and specifications.
- Coordinate the integration of various components within the water sanitation system to ensure seamless operation and compliance with project requirements.
- Contribute to project planning, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for the water sanitation system design phase.
- Stay updated on local and international regulations related to water sanitation systems and ensure all designs meet these requirements.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to align design efforts and maintain effective communication throughout the project.
- Implement quality control and Health and safety measures to guarantee that the water sanitation system design adheres to industry standards and best practices.
- Address design-related issues and challenges, offering effective solutions as they arise.
- Responsible for contact with client and authorities
Project
The infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has just started and is estimated to last for at least 2 years.
Requirements
- At least 1 year in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Scandinavia experience preferable
- 5-year experience with WWS design and knowledge of requirements and regulations
- Good cooperation, coordination and communication skills
- Attention to details, prioritization
- Understanding and manage the dynamics of the team as this is critical to the success of a project.
- Hydraulic engineering, specialization on WSS system
- Handbook knowledge ( N100/N200)
- Bim/ Novapoint
- VA systems
