We are seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer – CSA (m/f/d) to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across civil, structural and architectural works. In this role, you will ensure that construction activities, materials and completed installations comply with approved designs, specifications, applicable standards and project requirements. You will work closely with engineering, construction, commissioning, subcontractor and client teams to promote a consistent quality culture and support the successful delivery of complex projects.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and implementing project-specific QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans, method statements and quality procedures. You will review technical documentation, drawings and material submittals, coordinate inspections and testing, and monitor workmanship and construction progress on site. The ideal candidate has a degree or recognised qualification in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, construction management or a related discipline, together with significant QA/QC experience in major construction or engineering projects. Practical knowledge of CSA works, inspection processes, quality management systems and relevant international standards is essential. Experience with technical documentation, root-cause analysis, reporting and subcontractor quality management will be highly valued. You should be confident interpreting drawings and specifications, communicating with stakeholders at all levels and making sound decisions in a demanding site environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach are required.
