Key responsibilities will include planning daily activities, allocating labour and resources, monitoring productivity and progress, and coordinating interfaces with engineering, construction management and other trades. The role will involve leading toolbox talks, promoting a positive safety culture, and providing clear progress updates to senior project personnel.

Applicants should have substantial experience supervising structural construction activities, preferably on large-scale industrial, civil, commercial or infrastructure projects. A recognised trade qualification, technical diploma or relevant construction certification is desirable, together with demonstrable experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary site teams. You will need the ability to interpret technical drawings, understand construction methodologies, manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with people at all levels. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to safe, quality-focused delivery are essential. The ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing project requirements and contribute positively to a collaborative site environment will be highly valued.
