We are seeking an experienced Integrated Watershed Management Business Class Lead for Water Resource Plan Formulation to provide strategic and technical leadership across the development of sustainable, evidence-based water resource plans. This role will guide multidisciplinary teams in assessing watershed conditions, balancing competing water demands, and translating hydrological, environmental, social, and economic information into practical planning outcomes. You will build effective relationships with government agencies, local authorities, communities, landholders, industry representatives, researchers, and other stakeholders. Applicants should have a relevant degree in water resources management, hydrology, environmental science, engineering, natural resource management, or a related discipline, together with substantial experience in integrated water planning or watershed management. Experience leading complex programmes, managing consultants and budgets, interpreting legislation and policy, and applying climate adaptation and risk-based planning approaches is highly desirable. A strategic mindset, sound judgement, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to sustainable and inclusive water governance will be essential for success.
