We are seeking a Senior Planner to lead and coordinate planning activities across Germany. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into accurate, achievable plans that support operational performance, customer commitments and long-term growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers and regional teams to align priorities, identify risks and ensure plans remain responsive to changing market conditions.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining planning schedules, reviewing demand and capacity information, monitoring progress against agreed milestones and identifying potential constraints at an early stage. You will analyse data and performance trends to improve forecast accuracy, resource allocation and delivery reliability. The role will also involve producing clear reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders, facilitating planning meetings, challenging assumptions where appropriate and coordinating corrective actions when plans deviate from expectations. You will be expected to contribute to process improvement initiatives, standardise planning practices and support the implementation of new tools, systems and ways of working.

To succeed in this position, you will have significant experience in planning, scheduling, supply chain, production, logistics, project controls or a related discipline. Strong analytical and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions using incomplete or changing information. You should be confident working with planning and reporting systems, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP, demand-planning or business-intelligence tools would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English and German are required, as you will collaborate with colleagues and partners across Germany and internationally. We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused professional who can influence stakeholders, work independently and deliver reliable results in a fast-paced environment.
