We are seeking a Construction Manager with a solid construction trade background to lead and coordinate building projects from planning through completion. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and in accordance with agreed quality standards, budgets and contractual requirements. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams to maintain progress and resolve challenges throughout the construction process.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and following up schedules, coordinating daily site activities, monitoring costs and managing changes, procurement and documentation. You will supervise subcontractors and site personnel, conduct meetings and inspections, and ensure that work is carried out in compliance with drawings, specifications, regulations and health, safety and environmental requirements. You will also contribute to risk assessments, quality assurance, progress reporting and handover activities. A key part of the role is identifying potential issues early and taking practical action to keep the project moving.

We are looking for someone with relevant vocational training or a higher education in construction, combined with several years of practical experience from building projects. Experience in a site management, construction supervision or project coordination role is preferred. You should be comfortable reading technical drawings, understanding construction methods and using relevant digital tools for planning, documentation and reporting. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to make sound decisions in a busy environment. You are structured, proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong commitment to safety, quality and professional standards. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
