Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Analysis: Lead the design and structural analysis of bridge projects, ensuring adherence to international standards and best practices.
  • Project Management: Manage all phases of bridge engineering projects, from initial planning and feasibility studies to detailed design and construction oversight.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including geotechnical engineers, architects, and construction managers, to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a technical expert and primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing innovative solutions.
  • Innovation & Development: Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Experience:

  • Mid-Level: At least 5 years of experience in structural bridge engineering.
  • Senior-Level: At least 8 years of experience, with a proven track record in managing complex bridge projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, and other relevant tools.
  • Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) certification is advantageous.

Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Personal Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
