- Provide clear progress reports and recommendations to senior management and project governance groups.
About you

A relevant qualification in project management, construction, engineering, surveying, planning or a related discipline is desirable.
Strong knowledge of the UK planning and development process, contract administration and development appraisal will be advantageous. You should be commercially astute, highly organised and comfortable managing competing priorities. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential, together with the confidence to make informed decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, sustainable developments while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. A competitive package and opportunities for professional growth are available.
