You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage external consultants and maintain effective relationships with landowners, planning authorities, contractors and other key stakeholders. The successful candidate will take ownership of project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting, ensuring that all activities are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with agreed objectives.
Key responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets, cash flows and risk registers.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, planning consultants, environmental specialists and other professional advisers.
- Lead progress meetings, provide clear updates and ensure actions are tracked through to completion.
- Review technical information, planning conditions, construction details and consultant deliverables.
- Support land appraisals, viability assessments, development strategies and investment recommendations.
- Assist with contractor procurement, tender analysis, contract administration and cost control.
- Identify issues at an early stage and implement practical solutions to minimise delays and additional costs.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant legislation, planning requirements, health and safety standards and quality expectations.
About you
You will have proven experience managing land, property or infrastructure development projects, ideally within a developer, consultancy, contractor or related professional environment. A relevant qualification in project management, construction, civil engineering, surveying, planning or a similar discipline is desirable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, together with the ability to manage competing priorities and build productive relationships at all levels. You should be commercially minded, confident interpreting technical and financial information, and capable of working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for high-profile development projects and to make a tangible contribution to their successful delivery.
