You will coordinate internal teams, specialist subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and providing practical solutions to technical and operational challenges.
Key responsibilities

- Coordinate the design, installation, integration and commissioning of building management systems and automation solutions.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, project documentation and system performance requirements.
- Lead project meetings and provide accurate progress updates to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work is completed in accordance with agreed standards and deadlines.
- Monitor project costs, variations, resources and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, industry standards and quality procedures.
- Support testing, commissioning, training and the production of operation and maintenance documentation.
About you

A strong understanding of building management systems, HVAC controls, electrical services or systems integration would be highly advantageous.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret technical information and manage competing priorities. You should be confident working with clients and project teams at all levels, and be comfortable using standard project management and reporting tools.
A relevant technical or project management qualification, such as an HNC, degree, PRINCE2 or APM certification, would be beneficial. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites may also be required.
