- Develop and maintain detailed programmes, budgets, risk registers and delivery plans.
- Coordinate design reviews, utility surveys, permits, consents and construction activities.
- Monitor progress, quality, costs and resource requirements, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear, regular reports to senior stakeholders.
- Manage contractors and supply chain partners, ensuring compliance with contractual and performance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and managing change effectively.

You should be commercially astute, highly organised and confident communicating with people at all levels. The ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions under pressure and build effective working relationships is key. Experience with project management methodologies, relevant industry qualifications or membership of a professional body would be advantageous.
A full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites may be required. In return, this role offers the opportunity to manage significant infrastructure projects and contribute to the delivery of safe, reliable and sustainable utility services.
