Applicants should have relevant experience in land acquisition, property development, planning, surveying or a comparable field, together with a good understanding of the UK development process. Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential, including the ability to interpret financial information and make sound recommendations. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisation and attention to detail, and the confidence to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
