We are seeking a motivated Field Engineer – Estimating to join a project delivery team in Virginia for 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineering or construction professional to gain practical experience across estimating, site operations and project planning. Working alongside experienced engineers, estimators, project managers and site personnel, you will help develop accurate bids and support the successful delivery of complex projects.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes of work and contract documents; preparing quantity take-offs; obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations; and assisting with labour, materials, plant and productivity calculations. Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn, work collaboratively and travel to project locations when required. A valid driving licence and the right to work in the United States may be required.
