This role will involve managing multiple work fronts, resolving site issues, and maintaining strong communication with project leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating daily construction activities; monitoring progress against the project schedule; allocating labour, equipment, and materials effectively; and ensuring that resources are available when required. A strong understanding of construction methods, health and safety legislation, quality assurance processes, and project controls is essential. Relevant technical qualifications, trade certification, or a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field will be advantageous. You should be confident reading technical drawings and schedules, using standard project management systems, and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safe, respectful, and sustainable working practices are essential.
