Project Manager I

We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Manager I to support the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. This role is suited to an early-career project professional who can coordinate multiple activities, maintain accurate documentation and build effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders. You will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and in line with agreed quality and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities include assisting with project planning, schedules, milestones and resource coordination; monitoring progress and identifying risks, issues, dependencies and required actions; preparing status updates, meeting agendas, minutes and project reports; and maintaining project plans, registers and other governance documentation. You will coordinate meetings and follow up on actions, support change control and financial tracking, and escalate concerns promptly to the appropriate project lead. You will also contribute to process improvement and help ensure project activities comply with relevant policies, procedures and standards.

To succeed in this position, you should have experience supporting or coordinating projects, ideally in a structured or professional environment, along with strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and confidence working with a range of stakeholders are essential. You should be comfortable using project management, collaboration and Microsoft Office tools, be able to analyse information and produce clear reports, and demonstrate a proactive, practical approach to problem-solving. A relevant qualification in project management, business or a related discipline, or progress towards one, would be advantageous.
