- Prepare high-quality planning reports, dashboards and performance updates for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate schedule information from multidisciplinary teams, contractors and delivery partners.
- Undertake impact assessments, recovery planning and scenario analysis where required.
- Support change control, risk management, forecasting and the preparation of mitigation plans.

About you
You will have substantial experience in a senior planning role, ideally gained within a complex project, engineering, construction, infrastructure or regulated environment. You should be highly proficient in planning and project controls software, with strong knowledge of critical path analysis, schedule management, earned value principles and progress measurement.
Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex information and present concise, accurate recommendations. You will be organised, analytical and commercially aware, with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they affect delivery.
A relevant professional qualification or membership of a recognised planning or project management body would be advantageous. In return, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, influence delivery strategy and work within a collaborative, professionally focused environment.
