About you
You will have previous experience estimating utility, groundworks, highways, civil engineering or related construction projects. A strong knowledge of excavation methods, utility specifications, plant, labour requirements and construction sequencing is essential. Experience using estimating software, spreadsheets and digital measurement tools would be advantageous.
You should be commercially aware, highly organised and confident interpreting technical information. Excellent attention to detail, communication and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple tenders and meet demanding deadlines.
