  • Track progress, productivity, plant utilisation and material movements.
  • Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks and task-specific coordination meetings.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including diaries, permits, inspections and reports.

About you

You will have substantial experience supervising earthworks on civil engineering, infrastructure or large-scale construction projects. A recognised site safety qualification and relevant training in environmental and quality procedures are desirable. Strong knowledge of construction methods, surveying principles, temporary works and earthworks testing will be highly valued.

You should be a practical and proactive leader who can motivate teams, manage competing priorities and make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships are essential. A valid driving licence and flexibility to work across active construction sites may also be required.
